TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
You will succeed in whatever you choose to do, and light will shine on the road ahead of you. Job 22:28 (NLT)
TODAY’S. WORD
The year 2022 has indeed been a most interesting year. It’s been a turbulent year, but at the same time we’ve seen an unprecedented number of people turn to God.
However at the same time, if we are true to our faith, it has also been a season where our faith in God is accompanied with mixed feelings of fear, doubt, discouragement and frustration.
There is the continuous temptation to abandon ship, yet you know your survival is dependent on staying on board the ship.
Do not be dismayed. keep striving, keep believing, stay on the path of faith, be fervent in your prayers,
The Bible says in Isaiah 55:11 that, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
What this means in the context of our scripture for today is that God’s word concerning our success is settled and shall not return void. Regardless of the time and season, we will succeed in whatever we choose to do and the light of Christ will shine ahead on the road ahead of us.
PRAYER FOR TODAY 
Heavenly Father, we give You all the prose this morning. Blessed be Your name. Father we receive Your word and declare that we shall succeed in what we set out to do. Thank you Lord, for shining Your light on the road ahead of us. In Jesus name. Amen
