Andy Burnham has become the UK’s Prime Minister after being invited by the King to form a government at Buckingham Palace. Burnham delivered his first speech as Prime Minister outside Downing Street — notably without a lectern. The new Prime Minister is set to unveil a 10-year plan for the country later this year and will now begin appointing his ministers.
