The Supreme Court on Monday reserved judgment in the appeal by the All Progressives Congress, APC, and its Adamawa State governorship candidate, Aisha Dahiru, aka Binani, against the state governor, Ahmadu Fintiri of the Peoples Democratic Party.
At the apex court on Monday, a five-member panel led by John Okoro adjourned the matter for judgment after listening to the parties’ arguments.
On December 18 last year, the appeal court dismissed Binani’s suit against Fintiri.
The governorship election tribunal had earlier thrown out Binani’s suit seeking to sack Fintiri.
