The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has congratulated the former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, on his 64th birthday, describing him as a dependable ally and a resolute political leader.
In a congratulatory message released on Friday by his Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, Wike praised Fayose for his integrity and consistency, describing him as a “dependable friend and brother” whose political contributions have left a lasting impact on both Ekiti State and Nigeria at large.
“I rejoice with my friend and brother, former Governor of Ekiti State, Peter Ayodele Fayose, Osokomole, on his attainment of 64 years on earth today, November 15, 2024,” the message read.
The FCT Minister further emphasized Fayose’s transparency in leadership. “Fayose is a man whose ‘yes is yes and no is no.’ he stated.Wike attributed Fayose’s continued success to divine grace and offered his prayers for the former governor’s health and future endeavors.
