Veteran Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has shared his side of a controversial incident in London involving his wife, Natasha Osawaru.
Speaking on the Mic On podcast, the music star admitted that his reaction during the disagreement, which led to his arrest in October 2025, was fueled by anger.
“I was angry that day. It was an unfortunate incident,” 2Baba said, taking responsibility for his actions.
The father of six reflected on how managing personal challenges alongside a public life has often been difficult. He revealed that emotional pressure and stress sometimes clouded his judgment, and some experiences have pushed him to reassess how he handles conflict.
“There are so many things I wish I could rewind and do better. As a human being, there are times when you are overwhelmed or don’t make the best decisions. My thick-skin is weaker now,” he explained.
