Angry Rivers State citizens on Friday stormed the office of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIEC, demanding the conduct of the October 5 local government elections in the state

The protesters were said to have defied the heavy rainfall in the state, singing and drumming, with one side of the road blocked.
