The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has increased the price of petrol sold to customers at its gantry from N1,265 to N1,350 per litre.
The new price took effect on Saturday, September 12, 2026, according to a notice sent to customers by the refinery’s commercial operations team.
The latest adjustment represents an N85 increase and marks the fourth time the refinery has raised its petrol gantry price in less than a month.
The refinery’s petrol price stood at N1,165 per litre on August 21 before it was reviewed to N1,185 on August 21, N1,200 on August 26 and N1,265 on August 29.
With the latest increase, the price of petrol from the refinery has risen by N185 per litre, representing an increase of about 15.9 per cent in 22 days.
The refinery also increased its coastal supply price from N1,669,545 to N1,783,530 per metric tonne.
Customers were instructed to return existing Authority to Collect documents for repricing, after which new volume contracts would be issued to enable loading to resume.
The latest price adjustment comes as international crude oil prices remain elevated. Brent crude recently traded above $104 per barrel after earlier crossing the $107 mark, driven largely by concerns over disruptions to global oil supplies.
