Nigerian music star Burna Boy is set to become the owner of what is being described as the world’s first widebody version of the Bugatti Chiron, following a groundbreaking custom project currently in development.

Dubai-based luxury car customiser Venuum Black has confirmed that it is building a fully bespoke carbon-fibre widebody kit for the hypercar. The company says the project is a one-off design created specifically for the Grammy-winning artist and will transform the original Chiron into a more aggressive, redesigned version.

According to the firm, the build represents a new milestone in automotive customisation, as no Bugatti Chiron has reportedly received a full widebody conversion before. The project is being positioned as a record-setting design that pushes the boundaries of the already exclusive hypercar.

The company added that the finished vehicle will showcase a completely new styling direction and is expected to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Burna Boy had earlier hinted at his desire for a highly customised Bugatti, requesting a unique build with premium detailing and personalised features.

The Bugatti Chiron, depending on specification and customisation, is valued in the multi-million-dollar range, making this project one of the most exclusive automotive commissions linked to a Nigerian celebrity.

Once completed, the widebody Chiron will join Burna Boy’s luxury car collection, which includes other high-end vehicles such as a Lamborghini Revuelto and a Rolls-Royce Spectre.

The unveiling is expected to attract global attention, especially within both the entertainment and automotive worlds, due to its claimed “first-of-its-kind” status.
