Grammy-winning Nigerian singer has bought a custom-built Bugatti Chiron, adding another luxury vehicle to his growing collection.
The bespoke hypercar was announced by Dubai-based luxury car customisation company Venuum, which described it as the world’s first widebody Bugatti Chiron. The company shared a video featuring Burna Boy and members of its team, saying the one-of-a-kind project was designed exclusively for the Afrobeats star.
Burna Boy had earlier hinted at the project on Instagram, revealing that he wanted a unique Bugatti Chiron with personalised features.
The car’s reported value has generated mixed reactions online. An Abuja-based car dealer initially estimated the customised vehicle at about ₦2 billion before later revising the figure to ₦9 billion without providing an explanation. Neither Burna Boy nor Venuum has confirmed the vehicle’s actual price.
Bugatti Chiron models typically sell for between $3.5 million and more than $5 million, depending on the model and level of customisation.
Although Burna Boy has not publicly confirmed taking delivery of the vehicle, the custom Bugatti Chiron is expected to join his collection of luxury cars, which includes a Lamborghini Revuelto and a Rolls-Royce Spectre.
