Bad Bunny has reclaimed the position of Spotify’s most-streamed artist worldwide, overtaking Taylor Swift, according to the platform’s 2025 Wrapped data.

Spotify announced that the artist, who is slated to headline the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show, accumulated more than 19.8 billion streams globally this year. The achievement marks his return to the top of the global chart after a two-year break. He previously held the No. 1 spot in 2020, 2021 and 2022 before Taylor Swift led the ranking in 2023 and 2024.

Swift placed second on the global 2025 list, followed by The Weeknd, Drake and Billie Eilish.

In the United States, however, Taylor Swift remained the most-streamed artist of the year. She was followed by Drake, Morgan Wallen, Kendrick Lamar and Bad Bunny.

The latest milestone adds to a particularly successful year for Bad Bunny, who recently won five awards at the Latin Grammy Awards.
