Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) has announced a reduction in the electricity tariff for its Band A customers.
The new tariff, set at N206.80 per kilowatt-hour, is lower than the previously approved rate of N225/kWh by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).
This adjustment, effective from Monday, May 6, 2024, was confirmed by IKEDC’s spokesperson, Olufadeke Omo-Omorodion.
This downward tariff revision offers relief to Band A customers, aligning their charges with the updated rate structure.
