Controversial Nollywood actor and self-proclaimed cleric, Yul Edochie has stirred debate by claiming that many Nigerian pastors are actually meant to be native doctors.
Edochie argues that these pastors have ignored their true calling due to colonial influences that branded native doctors as evil.
He also pointed to the role of the movie industry in reinforcing this negative perception.
In a post shared on his Instagram, Edochie suggested that some pastors should reconsider their faith and embrace their supposed divine calling as native doctors.
He emphasized that native doctors, like pastors, have the potential to help humanity and fight evil.
Edochie also highlighted the importance of answering one’s true calling to achieve fulfillment in life.
