Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has caught fans’ attention after a video surfaced of him sharing a lighthearted moment with Tanzanian singer Juma Jux and his wife, Priscilla Ojo, in Abuja.
In the viral clip, Davido is seen congratulating the couple on their marriage and new baby before jokingly telling Juma Jux, “You’re enjoying it. Take care of my sister, oh.”
The pair recently returned to Nigeria after welcoming their son, Rakeem, in Canada on August 24, 2025. They were in Abuja to perform at the Medicaid Cancer Foundation event when they coincidentally met Davido.
The encounter has stirred mixed reactions online, especially given Davido’s recent fallout with Priscilla’s mother, Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo. The singer had unfollowed her on Instagram after she accused him of chasing clout with the late Mohbad’s case, a conversation that later leaked in a WhatsApp group.
Despite that tension, Davido’s friendly tone toward Priscilla and Juma Jux suggested no hard feelings, as he wished them well in their marriage and new life as parents.
