Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Faith Adewale, has finally spoken out after his disqualification from the reality show, sharing an emotional account of his journey and the sacrifices he made to join the competition.
In a new video posted on his YouTube channel, the 25-year-old reality TV star reflected on his struggles, mistakes, and lessons learned from his time on the “10/10” edition of the show.
Faith, who was disqualified for physical assault, began his monologue with a dramatic tone, saying, “Faith is dead, but before he passed on, he wanted to tell you stories that meant the world to him.”
He explained that his BBNaija journey started unexpectedly after he received a message earlier this year that changed the course of his life. “On December 24th, I came back to Nigeria frustrated about what to do next as a doctor. Then I clicked on a link that led me to audition for Africa’s biggest reality show,” he said.
Faith went on to reveal that he took drastic steps to secure his place in the competition. “I did the unthinkable to get there. I took a N5 million loan, and somehow, I made it,” he confessed.
Reflecting on his time in the house, he admitted that the experience tested him in many ways. “I wasn’t perfect. I made mistakes, I argued, I broke things, and I lost friends. I even asked for a therapist more than once because I knew I needed help,” he said.
Despite his challenges, Faith expressed deep appreciation to his fans, saying their love kept him going. “Outside those walls, people I had never met were shouting my name and spending their hard-earned money to keep me in that house. They didn’t see a perfect man; they saw someone real,” he said.
Now focused on his next chapter, Faith said he feels reborn and ready to move forward. “I feel energised. I’m ready to take on the world, create, and make an impact,” he declared.
He ended the video by reintroducing himself with confidence: “This is Faith Adewale, the dreamer, the doctor, the creator, the entertainer. I’m ready to make magic with you.”
